February 2nd, 2010 brian Apple earlier today has released the 3.1.3 update for all iPhone’s and iPod Touch’s. This update only fixes a few minor problems. If you’re jailbroken, you shouldn’t worry about this update… At all. If you’re unlocked, stay away from this update altogether.
